Indy Guitar Lessons understands that life happens and sometimes schedules change. Therefore, we request you give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for which students are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. Students that pay on a month-to-month basis will forfeit their lesson OR incur a charge of 50% of the service amount (discount not included) and a make-up credit will be added to your account.  

Indy Guitar Lessons operates on a disciplined time frame to ensure each student gets their full lesson during their scheduled time. Please note that if you are late for an appointment, we may have to reschedule your lesson if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.

Indy Guitar Lessons values your time and feels that it is fair to honor the same policies we hold to our clients. Should Indy Guitar Lessons need to cancel on a student due to unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours’ notice we will honor 50% off your next lesson and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner or add a make-up credit will be added to your account. 

No Refunds - Payments Referred to herein shall not be refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the termination of this Agreement for whatever reason.

Make-Up Credits are applicable only toward future fees for use of lessons and are not convertible into cash or any type of refund.

Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
